Ace 67 Platform Terms & Conditions

Ace 67 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and lottery service provider based in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Ace 67 and its members.

By registering with or using any service on Ace 67, you are deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using Ace 67's services.

These Terms & Conditions are published in Bengali and apply to both the Ace 67 website and mobile app. Ace 67 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and any changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the website.

To open an account with Ace 67, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and up to date.
• Members are responsible for keeping their account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Use a strong password to keep your account secure and update it regularly.

Ace 67 may request identity documents or other supporting materials from a member at any time for verification purposes. The account may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

Ace 67 strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from using the platform. Members must provide their correct date of birth at registration, and Ace 67 may request a copy of a national ID or passport at any time for age verification purposes.

If a member is found to have registered while underage, their account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

Deposits on Ace 67 can be made using local mobile banking services including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all deposits:

Members may only deposit using a payment method registered in their own name. Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted, and any such transaction may result in account suspension.

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings or wallet balance from Ace 67:

• The account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300 (three hundred BDT).
• A maximum of ৳20,000 (twenty thousand BDT) may be withdrawn per day.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a mobile banking account registered in the member's own name.
• Winnings derived from bonuses must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal.

Ace 67 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are outlined in the respective offer details. General bonus terms are as follows:

• The welcome bonus is available to first-time registrants only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — a wagering requirement must be met before any withdrawal.
• Each bonus has an expiry period; bonuses not used within the specified timeframe will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonus offers may not be applicable simultaneously.
• Ace 67 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be forfeited and the account suspended.

The following rules apply to participation in lotteries, jackpots, bets, and all other games on Ace 67:

• Each game has its own rules, which are outlined on the respective game page.
• All lottery draws on Ace 67 are conducted using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• Once a ticket is purchased or a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If a technical error renders the outcome of a game inconclusive, Ace 67 may void that round.
• Jackpot prize amounts are variable and will be published on the website prior to each draw.
• In the event of any dispute regarding gaming records, Ace 67's server logs shall serve as the definitive evidence.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Ace 67. Any violation will result in immediate account closure:

• Opening an account using a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus system abuse or bonus hunting.
• Use of hacking, viruses, or any malicious software.
• Attempting to access another member's account.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Conducting fraudulent activities against the platform.

Ace 67 reserves the right to suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause within these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or irregularities.
• Failure to verify age or identity.
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more).
• At the member's own request.

Members may also request account closure at any time. Any remaining wallet balance will be returned subject to withdrawal conditions being met. A temporary suspension option is also available under our Responsible Gaming policy.

Ace 67 always strives to provide the best service; however, Ace 67 is not liable in the following circumstances:

• Game interruptions caused by loss of internet connection or technical issues.
• In the event of delays or issues with third-party payment services.
• If the member's own negligence results in a compromise of account security.
• Service disruptions caused by unforeseen natural disasters or government directives.

Ace 67's total liability shall under no circumstances exceed the actual balance held in the member's account.
